Ok, I'm makin' this pretty cool (hopefully) map called "Spirits: The Birthrights" ya I know, corney name, but oh well. so back on track, every player will have their own set hero that has the ability to call forth a spirit to aid them through battles. mana is regenerative only by kills, so you have to earn your spirit. So far I've gotten two down. 1. Archer/Spirit of the Wild: Is able to shoot strong blows of arrows while moving. (able to fend off enemies while retreating) 2. Warrior/Spirit of Control: Becomes really strong and attracts all around him magically. not like taunt. While with every blow, bringing down the surrounding enemies health by 25%. I got another one in progress: 3. Spell Caster/Spirit of Time: Stops (or slows, havn't decided yet) the enemies around while igniting them on fire. So I want to know what you guys think of the idea, and if you have any imput, on things like different characters and their abilities. |

could be cool... but only 3 spirits might get boring very fast... so... what is that Map based on? a Aeon Style? or cempletly new? Hero Arena? perhaps u can tell s.th. about it MfG B~L~ |

I said what I got so far, there will be more. Basically you need most of them or it'll be hard as crap. but the story is kinda cliche. You ha to stop the evil guy from possesing the staff of spirits, draining all others from the land to rule the world. I have finished the Spirit of Time, he's kick-*** (goes well with the dwarf's ability). Nedd new spirits though, any ideas? |

Druid / Spirit of the Earth - Increases (big) defence and summons Earth Elem when low life Samurai / Spirit of the Blade - Gives % chance to do 1-hit kill or 1/2 life for heroes/bosses Of course the 1/2 lifer for heroes/bosses could and should be a different % from the 1 hit kill Necromancer or Defiler / Spirit of the Damned - Summons undead/demons from corpses - Uses the corpses for Corpse Explosion - Uses the corpses to regain life for Hero Heh, I've got more, but see how you like these first. |

I like the samurai one. The others involve summoning, I'm more into the idea of them doing the damage. I am also now doing saving moves. 1. Archer/Spirit of the Wild: Gives all surrounding units your life and you take the average of their life. 2. Warrior/Spirit of Control: Turn half of the guys your fighting into your own. 3. Spell Caster/Spirit of Time: Turn all that are attacking you etherial. (As if you were passing through another time dimension) One prob, I can't fing the thing that averages everything. I've used it before. Can anybody tell me the trigger to average. |

Give your enemies your life? I don't quite understand that... You could always add all the HP into a variable and then divide by number of people in the region..? |

Ok, a saving move is like when you are gonna die, so your health is like 20 or sumtin, and every enemy around you have around 200, you'll get their 200 and they get you 20, so the tables turn. And I can't just add them up and divide, cuz i can't get all the individuals health. Wait i think I just got an idea, I'll tell ya if it works. |
