I am trying to combine ogres club to a grunt. and I'm having a lot of trouble :) First of all, maybe there is a really easy way to do this? If there is, please tell me. But I am doing it the hard way. I combined the whole ogre model into his club so that I won't change the number of vertexes. when I edited the grunt mdl I created new texture, new material, added an extra geoset with club's parameters, animation.. and I added geosetanim as well. then I added a bone named "club" that is from ogre's mdl, it's called "cylinder03" or something. So, I gave the ObjectID the last most value, and set all the numbers in the bone correctly(such as parent/geosetid/geosetanim...), but IT still doesn't work. please help out, maybe I'm missing something or made a huge mistake. p.s. I'm not putting the club at the axe because I can alpha it out but maybe I should? |

ok open the mdl press CTRL+F should come up search type in: Attachment click find you should see "Hand right Ref" under ObjectId 42, press tab the type Path "[the location of the club).mdl", then save and convert to mdx done! dont forget to alpha out the axe. |

no no blood spawn, that's not efficient. I don't want to upload another mdx into my map. but, maybe there is a way to use Ogre's club from the war3.mpq? can I specify for example attachment "units\creeps\ogre.mdl" object id XX, parent XX ? but how to do it exactly? |

If you're using triggers, could be possible with JASS or GUI or... well, nevermind ://// . |
