Regular And Polar Offsets

Ok, i'd like someone to help me with polar offsets and regular offsets

i tried them a few times b4, and it worked well for this one spell

however
i made this shockwave base spell with the chimaeara acid missle, and i want to use triggs so that i make more of those missles go in the same direction, but at a slightly higher/lower angle, so that it looks like it could cover a larger aoe, feel me?

however, once i made the effect, it stayed AT the caster, and didnt move in any direction.

here is a related question
i wanted to destroy those missles after 3 seconds (so they dont go on forever duh), so i hav destroy last created special effect as the action multiple times, to destroy the mu ltiple effects made, but the thing is, only ONE of them is destroyed, i guess since it LITERALLY is the last created special effect. Have any ideas on how to get rid of the others?

I would GREATLY appreciate any wise, conclusive aid, because it would make the spells in my aos even more advanced.

I would post you all for a beta of my map, but i hav a list of bugs, and i dont want any of u to see them 0_o lol. I can post one l8r in another thread, but as of now please offer me some advice.

As for destroying the the FX add them to an array when thaey are made and destroy them that way.

or a variable^)^ (same thing ino) just that arrays are confusing 4 sum people. i dunno why. its just a bigger variable that can hold more than one object.Instead of having like 40 variables you can one with each of them with thier own #. I only said this incase you didnt know.(directed at the thread starter)
