Program to covert JPEG to TGA?

Anyone have a program to convert JPEG files to the type used for WC3's minimap?

TaRGa is pretty much a stardard image format. Photoshop?

PictView may work.

ACDSee 3 and above can do it.

Ah, photoshop is a little expensive for just using it for changing minimaps in war3...don't ya think? :) I was lookin' for something free, 'cause I don't have photoshop, and I just got office about a week ago...

just download PSP 7.0 www.jasc.com

any program that can open both will work, just open the jpg and save it as tga.

Yeah, my question is, whats free and does that? EDIT: I know that there's the trail version here, I'd prefer something that won't expire but it'll do ;)

you can download a trial version of psp7 off ww.jasc.com, someone already mentioned that.

get kazaa and then use it to downlaod photoshop or psp7 :) Theyre fre off of kazaa:):):):cool: :D :cool:

sure, it's illigal, but yeah, it is free.

Pict View is free and converts. That's what I used before I got PSP.
