I created a skin through Photoshop that I think will good, but when I use IE2 to turn it into a BLP file again, and select the quality, no matter what, runtime error 53 pops up and the program shuts down. Does anyone know the problem?

try redownloading IE2, maybe something's corrupted there. Or another thing, when saving tga files in photoshop make sure you save the tga file with 32 bits and no compression.

How do I make sure stuff is 32 bits?

It should come up with a box when you click to save as a Targa. Depending on your verison, there will also be a cumpression checkbox that you should make sure is unchecked.

Nope, no box like that. All I got is a box to put the file name in, and a Save as type box. By the way, how does one take screenshots (Windows XP)?

Hm.... the Printscreen button doesn't seem to work on this keyboard...

Regardless, I found the problem. Apparently, I'm missing the file storm.dll, and I can't find anywhere to get it.... argh.
