Epic Open Rpg

I been thinking on maps/campaign to start and like a chair fell on my head(literaly) and i relized i should make a Epic Open Rpg i thought of a neat weapon system where when a hero picks up a item the hero gets a addon like crystal sword etc, Also the map size will be 256x256 with lots of quest, For this Map i need a modeler,Skinner,Advance Trigger man,and last but not least I need a expert Terrianer. Well it takes place in a vast land called Nuestune, The people their are kinda in need because theirs a mining colony for iron and gold, but the land is full of mysteries, Their quest from alot of people to keep intrested,lots of difernt monsters for high levels for challanges,tons of items,
(still working on storyline - on main things to happen)
