model problem

whenever i import a model and set the paths, it works in the w/e most of the time, liek the chaos beholder, but whenever i play its just a shadow...help!?!

one of the skins must not be in the right path

if u exported with blizz art tools the part will just be a blp with no path

so try changing the skins for the model to (filename).blp with no path in the world editor
