removing team color help?

I made an Mk skin, and i need to remove the team color on his shoulders...

i colored over that shoulder pads to look like muscles but team color is still there, any help would be thankful..

Go to the alpha channel. Then you pick the color White and paint over the Gray shoulderpads. Whith the White. There you go! No teamcolor.

I also made a pic if it is hard to understand


1. Open the MK tga.
2. Switch to Alpha1 and select the color White
3. Paint over the shoulderpad whith the white color ON the alpha channel
