Skinning problem...

Alright, I've been working on a skin (It's incredibly shitty right now, don't ask) but when I import it into a map, the model DISAPPEARS. The portrait works fine, but the rest doesn't appear. Only the shadow is there.

I use photoshop 7. The skin is for the male villager model. I don't have any plug-ins installed, do I need any?

Thanks.

Make sure you only have 1 alpha channel in the TGA.

I didnt edit any alpha channels. In fact, when I did it, I didnt even have the Targa plugin. Could that be it?

Anyway, I doubt I did anything wrong, all I did was use a couple filters (I'm still a noob to photoshop, I like to mess around with stuff) and I changed a few things, like gradients and stuff. Nothing big.
