This is about the same abilities used for tombs. I am having trouble getting it to work passive for use on an permanant item (not actively used or perishable). I want who ever equips the ability gains the strength/agility/intelligence bonus and losses it when the item is dropped. I don't want to use the stat bonus thing because it just adds the +## in green. I don't want that. I changed the actively used and perishable parts on the item (and removed teh charges). But what do I change on the ability? Thanks in advance to anyone that can help. |

Uhhhhm... Why not try using the "Permanent" option? This means it adds it to the non-plus (+) thingy. Meaning you get any % bonuses added to that. Regards Dead-Inside |

Is there a permamnet armor gain? or a way to make that with trigs? I'd figure it out but i haven't been on WE editor in so long i forgot ALOT of the trigs. |

Can you be more specific? I only see one "permanent" option and that is the classification for the item. The classification doesn't effect the ability. Maybe could someone list the lines that I need to modify? As for the permanet armor bonus the only thing I can think of is the Agility armor bonus. That might effect the attack speed. I don't see where in the game constrants to remove attack speed modification for each agility so I guess it's hardcoded. |

This is really frustrating. I simply want to make a tome item ability to act passively. I don't see any "permanent" option on the ability. I've tested as many of the variables in the "Item Strength gain" ability but none added any strength. The "item hero stat bonus" ability added the stats in green +##. Both abilities are the same. All the variables match. Is this "permanent" option hidden? I don't see anything different on the two abilities. If this doesn't work I'll have to screw around with the triggers to add and removed the stats. |

Just use trigger: Hero picks up Item. Condition: item of type Bonus Action: add hero +1 strength And then when dropped the reverse. |

Yes, I allready started with the triggers since what I originally wanted done through the normal abilities is impossible. Now I just need to set up a triggers for each item on each hero and the conditions I want. Anyways, thanks for the help. |
