My 3ds max 4 doesn't have wavefront obj thing availible to select from the drop down menu for file extensions in the import dialog. Could the program be missing a plug-in or something? |

Na, 3ds dosen't come with an .obj importer. But you can get on Google and search for '+obj +importer +3dsMax -maya -milkshape -softimage' or something like that. |
