Phobos	ive had that problem a few times but it fixed itself........ill try to find out why and how to fix it

ObsidianTitan	that happens because something happened to the alpha channel. the most common fix is reduce the quality of compression (for wc3 viewer). if that dosent work make sure you only have one alhpa channel, or you atleast have an alpha channel.

Halcyon	1. Use Wc3 Viewer 2. Always compress at 85 when converting a .TGA to a .BLP
