Ultra-Cool Spell, but I cant get the triggers right!

Okay, im trying to make a spell called Blade Shield, it Loops the Fan of Knives SFX 15 times and does damage per second, based off of Storm bolt, so I can cast on an ally as well. But something is wrong with it, DL it and try to help me out here.

I dunno what exactly yyour lookin for but I've made your spell to work anyways. I've wrote comments on how I made it to work..

p.s. compare your main trigger to mine, you have too many mistakes in it.....
