[glow=strengh=10,color=black]Apparently a lot of you have downloaded the Targa update put out by Adobe, so you can edit the Alpha channel. Well I never did, this older targa file doesn't recognize the alpha channel, so whenever I cut anything out, and make it transparent, its transparent in the game( same affect as alphaing stuff out) I'm going to post this file when I get home from school To use it, download it, then replace it with the older targa file, this will save you the pain of having to alpha out, instead allowing you to just cut out the pieces you dont want.[/glow] Note: By transparent, I mean the white and grey checkers. -Also, make sure to back up your old file before you replace it, incase you like alphaing more than just cutting stuff out. |

I don't understand what this is you're offering. Is this the same as the targa patch on Adobe's site? Is it the original targa save filter from the original install? Considering skins made with unpatched Photoshop 7 come out invisible, what's the point of offering the unpatched filter (if indeed you are)? What is this? |

Ok, this file replaces the targa update from adobe, it doesn't recognize alpha channel, instead you can just cut out stuff you dont want (as in cut and paste, cut) rather than alpha things out by painting black on the selected area on the alpha channel. And no, they don't come out invisible, the only reason that happens is because people compress to much, the highest you should go is 85 on wc3 viewer. |
