Could you be more specific about your problem. I use PSP 8 for all my skinning, and Warcraft3Viewer to convert skins to .BLP and I've never had any problems. Make sure you save the .TGA in 24 or 32 bit compression. Your problem is probably that you saved it in a different compression. |

how do i configure the compression, it comes up with this error when I try to save it as a tga. Because of the limitations of the specified format (and possibly the save options you've selected) the saved file will be limited to a merged image. Also as a result of these limitations, only one alpha channel will be saved. Do you wish to continue? How do I change it so this error wont come up? |

That error message isn't a problem. Warcraft 3 images are only supposed to have one alpha channel. Just click ok and you're all set. |

Okay well when saving i went to options i saved it uncompressed. Now when opening up the tga in the wc3 image extractor II it says that it has an unsupported compression. Even when I save it w/ compression it does that. What now? |
