I am currently creating A game that me and a couple friends can play and I am having some slight difficulties. I downloaded many mods including Infernos, the Ninja and Spawn. I wanted to add them to my map so I unzipped them into a file, opened war craft world editor, opened import manager then imported all of the files I downloaded. I then saved the game. Deigned what units would look like the mods and this is were I ran into my problem. The Infernal Alien Mod works fine Every other mod is a shadow in the game that cannot be selected unless I click on a hero icon or peasant work icon. Any advise to solve my little problem would be appreciated. Thank all you modders for your work, now I just need to figure out the easy part. :D |

Close WE, then run it and open your map. The new models should be visible. |

In what order do I close the WE? Load file.. save..close...open and when i put on unit they are there or, put on unit then close + open and they are there? The thing that realy gets me is I can open the InfernalAlien skin and no others. I have lost my mind trying to figure this out today so i think I am just gonna go to sleep and hope for the best when I read the replys tomorow. |

Your problem has nothing to do with closing and opening the world editor (thats to make sure it has loaded the models and textures correctly- it doesn't matter, btw, which order you place the models/assign them to units). Rather, your problem is an incorrect path in one of tor texture files(the .blps). Check them in your import manager and make sure the path is the same there as it is in the read-me. You may also be required to use a specific path for the model (.mdx) files, so check on that as well. |

Ok I managed to get most of my models to work, just having small erorrs with skins that I am sure I will be able to resolve and just 1 infernal file had been pissin' me off so I decided to just dl a differant version of an infernol and it works fine. |
