Hi.
Is there any way to change the color (R/G/B) of 2D special fx (e.g. making the sleeping z red instead of green)?.

Don't act like that. Nobaody likes a stuck-up.

Skinning'd work, but you could make a unit that has the SFX as its model, and use the tinting controls to change the color. Really it depends what you want to use the SFX for.

Nope, doesn't work. The skin of the z is yellow, but is green in game and won't be changed by changing the color of the skin.
@35263526: Thanks, I'll try it.

Out of curiosity: What are 2D effects? I'm pretty sure WC3 is a 3d game?!

He means things that look 2D but are in fact 3D models that are wrapped in a certain way. LIke the console or the cursor. Or, like he said, the sleep buff.

Are they? I thought they were sprites, as they look the same when changing the point of view.
