Negative Gameplay Constants?

I was thinking about this today, but haven't had the chance to try it out:

If you set the constants for things such as the 'cold' effects, can you make a unit speed up when it's cold? Or do the Advanced Gample Constants not work right with Negs?

Yeah, everywhere where percentages are used, it works. For instance, I made a debuff spell based off of Bloodlust I call "Shrink".

That's Funny, I've done something similar (A unit in one of my maps has a 'shrink ray' that causes units to shrink when it hits them at range).
