ALL RIGHT! I Need a Terrainer! Planning On a HUGE RPG!

As it says, I need a good terrainer to make some terrain (duh) for a HUGE RPG that I've gotten into the "beginning Process" I also need someone to help with actually MAKING the map, as it will consume probably 100+ hours of solitary work. Anyone up to it?

okay, here we go again!

1. You've gaven us absoletuly no clue as to what you want, and what this RPG is going to feature and whats going to be in it so we can reply normally.

2.You've come with nothing, yet want something, it wont work.

The RPG will be called "The Fifth Element", There will be four mages (Fire,Wind,Earth,Water (probably more in time)) that take on one all-powerful mage (can use any type of spell) that has been brainwashed by some "illusive" person. The terrain needs to be something with 4x Villages, where you can buy and sell stuff (and get sidequests too). 5x Forrests, 1x Huge, 2x medium, 1x large, 1x small. 1x Ocean (not lake) for all the sea-monsters to live =P. There also needs to be mountains for all of the Ogres. There would also be a volcano to enter. 1 terrain feature for each mage (corresponding with type) MINIMUM.(All the details need to be very...well....detailed =P, as this will be from a first-person-almost point of view ONLY. I intend on having ONLY custom EVERYTHING (except for missile art or course =P). Currently I'm trying to locate people who will help with triggers, and a good skinner. I'm afraid that the only thing I can offer would be TONS of recognition. But later on I will probably be able to throw in points too.

if i understand right ,all you got is simply one idea that every one of us can figure out by himself ;-).
and now you seek a people that will make a real work and you just tell to them "i want one mounten there,one village here,2 cities there,some special cool looking unit with stunning skills but i have no idea how i can create all of them" ;-)
i'am not nagging with you but do you realy think that your idea is so great? ;-)

Well, look. This map will have custom EVERYTHING. And it's not just 1 mountain there, a city there. I would do the terrain myself, but honestly, I suck. This map would be really cool if I could just find the right people to help me out on it. I did some more thinking about the terrain. There could be a Large forest surrounding a village, enclosed on all sides except 1, where some kind of creeps will be guarding. And there could be come secret way through the forest etc. I haven't thought of all the details yet, but I would still be glad to have a skilled terrainer (or at least semi-skilled) working on the map. I myself will be doing custom abilities and the triggers to get the game actually to play, and would be very happy to have some help on that too.

Terraining isn't that hard, and since you know exactly what you want, why run the risk that somebody else "screws up" your vision? That way, you'll be able to customize the map as you see fit, and I always find that while I'm terraining, I think of the side quests and diversions that would be perfect with just a little more terraining details.

Seriously, you'd be better off doing this one yourself. If you want terraining suggestions and critiques, then by all means ask.

Thanks for the thought, i guess I could try, but I do suck. I dont really know how to do basic things like making ramps. :( I think that I could do the reast, but it would take a long, long time.

Well, visualize the outdoors and what your map looks like. For most of my terrain, the way I made it looks very alike of what I saw in real-life...

I'm sorry, but im not feeling very confident about this project.
There isn't enough working security that you wont just abandon it.
This huge project requires more than just a hazey idea of terrain. I wish you luck on this endeavor. i don't want to break your spirit or anything, but I don't know what kinda person would be up to this. If you sounded more idea based.. had some innovation, more professional, i think you could get some more people coming your way. Sorry Dude.
