What i basicaly need to know is some deceant spell ideas ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gargoyle spell: need idea spell: need idea spell: need idea lvl 6 (gargoryle form ,Simple) I do remeber when i was younger there was a cartoon series of a group of gargoyles anbd they all had these skills, anyone remember? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ent: spell: Ent Stone Thrower basically a normal ent but throws stones and has siege damage. Spell: Vines: Creates a poison vine which grapsed the enmy dealing dmage and poison damage after Spell: need idea Lvl 6: Call of the mother Earth: basically stamped but summons spirits to explode And i have a sheep master also i need one ulitmate skilsl for him :D tried doign sheep fall but cant edit the attack art of that so :/ |

you can do sheepfall. rename the polymorph sheep falling art to the name of the starfall art (import it into map and name it as starfall art) |

Gargoyle spell: Death Shriek (Lowers Defense, Movements Speed and Attack Speed of enemies as they tremble in fear.) spell: Stone Form (You GOTTA have this as a gargoyle. Remove attack, increase defense and regeneration) spell: Bloodeyes. (Makes the 'goyle's eyes red, and causes his attack to steal life for a while. Also, while attacked in this state, melee units attacking him should lose life from staring into his life-draining eyes.) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ent: Spell: Passive Skill: Thorn Bark. Increases armor and do damage when attacked. |

---- Ent ---- Fury of the Wilds: (Think spell at the end of RoC) Makes a huge number of wisp like beings fade out of the all around the targeted unit. They go to it and explode, dealing damage. This'd require heavy triggering, but it'd look really good. |

I think Biflspud is doing a Disney's Gargoyles RPG - see if he has any ideas you can either learn from or avoid copying. |

I am, but I don't notice any similarities beyond your choice of model (I'm using the Dreadlord for Goliath). As for how to make the eyes glow, you could attach a hero glow to the head, perhaps? Although that might be better named "Red Head," which doesn't make much sense. ;) Keep in mind that having a flying hero really changes the dynamic of an RPG. I got away from the whole "Come to town one.. now walk through the forest of monsters to get to town two" linear schtick fast, largely because all 5 players controlled units that could fly. You may not want to have a flying hero if the RPG plot is somewhat linear.. |

he is flying but walking ;) i made it so only heroes with ranged can attack him and not melee ground units so it creates teh illsuion of a normal flying unit, this way i dont need to add loads od regions and triggers so he cant fly off somewhere on the map |

BBBBRRROOOKKKEEENNN! That hero will ruin the game. How are melee heroes supposed to fight him? My advise, make him a normal ground unit. |

Er yeah, that sounds pretty crappy. If orbs are commonplace, then becoming a "flying" unit just means that every enemy hero can open fire on them from further away. If orbs are rare, then the gargoyle hero gets to plink everybody to death until somebody buys one. Either way, this is instantly unbalancing. Sorry, Hezza - I'm a big fan of gargoyles, but I'm not sure that morphing into a flying unit is a good idea for a hero arena.. |

Lol....You dont know the rest of it, the morph spell is timed.... + orbs are one of them items that cost loads cash |

Earth-Fury?! Was that a response by Earth-Fury?!? Sup, bud? As far as making Sheepfall, there's one quick and easy way to do it. Yank NightElfAbilityFunc.txt from your war3x.mpq. Open it up, and find the entry for the Starfall buff art. Change the model for the buff to the falling sheep. Import NightElfAbilityFunc.txt into your map and change the path to Units\NightElfAbilityFunc.txt. Then breathe deeply, and thank whatever you worship that you don't have to do ALL your ability editing this way, like we had to in RoC. |
