except theres to much of that blue.

Yah her dress will be mostly blue. Though I will be adding a bit more yellow in as well, and part of her dress will be purple like the bands around her arms.

Also she will probably have a jade talisman around her neck.

since her dress and armor is totally monotone, i'd say add some artistic stuff to it, like a designs or runes on her armour, buts its pretty good for just deleating the texture and replacing it with some color

Yes i say the brighter one. The darker one does'nt look like an animal to me, just a little too dark.

K will do then. (I might still try to make a slightly dark one from the bright one)
Next I'm gonna smooth the skin a bit.
Then I'll try to add some details (Not sure what though, and the wrapping is a bit messy in some places)
