The pants need to be blurred more, and the staff needs shading. What's it supposed to be?

anyway im not sure what its sopposed to be, maybe an ice mage , but i jus wanted to see if the photoshot effects could be put on. ill shade the staff later and maybe change the pants

That white suits very good on Jaina just try to change teal parts a little more ;)
