I think there should be an award given out to excellent skins. I will not give the award myself. Not sure what we'll call it yet. This is how it would work. Elect 3 Judges, The judges must haven requirements: -Signed up atleast 1 year ago -Is a current skinner of quality -Has some points to spare If you meet the requirements and want to apply e-mail me at [email protected] and explain why you would be a good judge. Don't think im in charge of this i just want to organize it. The way it would work is the people will vote on 3 people! I will only count as 1 vote! First i should know if anyone likes this idea. Well when judges are elected all three decide if they should approve a skin with their award. If someone is chosen they will receive 25-50 points (people can decide later) To get these points some will have to donate. |

Ok hold on. The judges must have been here for 1 year not the skinners. This award will not we awared annually, but whenever a skin deserves it. I think it's important that the judge has been here for a year, some people join and quit in 2 weeks, this person probably has skill, knows the commmunity and how things go. Also please vote on the poll. |

What value is there in this award? Do you get points? The recognition of your peers? The satisfaction of a job well done? Sounds kind of pointless to me. |

Halcyon, if you have nothing good to say, shut up. You talk trash, and you make ignorant remarks. The membership length thing is daft. Some people commit to this community more than others. That is NOT really related to how long they have been here. There is, as mentioned, an officially sponsored skin award done anually, yes, but your suggestion is on-going. It is a good idea, but you need support, and idealy Wc3C sponsorship. |
