Newb skinner here, I have a question.

Okay, i'm a new skinner and I just dled Warcraft 3 Viewer, but I can't get it to run th program, all it comes up with is a file with lots of textthings and a few icons + a help page. How do I open it?

I took a screenshot but i dont know where to attach it from. I opened it with WinZip, now what do i click on?
