Very nice work on the Creatures of the Night! I keep watching them over and over to help me improve my cinematic skill and just because of the entertainment that comes with it. It's like watching a TV series or something! I can't wait for the next installment. |

Well that's not really a spoiler, and I have numerous good reasons for having stopped. People just became so harrassing about when it was gonna get out, and some were so arrogant and tried to spread false rumors and all of that about me, or some others tried to make me look like some low-class cinematic maker while I was putting so much effort into making someting good for them to enjoy. Besides, I received an offer from Reverie Entertainment, and it'll definitely be more useful in an upcoming future. There's also a lot of work to do in college, and I cannot spend as much time as I have done before. Plus, I worked on this project for a complete year - alone - non-stop... I earned the respect of a lot of people by easily putting over 250 hours on this cinematic...I believe I deserve a good break. P.S. This does not meant I'm droppin COTN, might come back to it sooner or later, but just not now. |

Wow, that sounds a lot like me back in my StarCraft days. There are always people who can SAY "I can easily do better" or some other nonsensical minutiae. Then there are others who think people can just do this stuff on the fly, instantly, without effort. Its easy to let them under your skin, and even more difficult to get past their comments and continue on. When you pour your heart into something that takes months of work, every comment and criticism is cherished and despised, respectively. =) That offer from Reverie is nice. It's far more then I was able to accomplish in my 3+ years running the top campaign site in the SC community. I think that offer alone speaks well for your work. Best of luck in your future endevours DK. -Desler |

Hehe, thank you buddy. What was that campaign of yours anyway? =) P.S. glad to see I'm not the only one in such a situation. |

Take your pick. Crossworlds Saga (the suckiest), The Fenix (the one that launched what used to be my site, Campaign Creations), E.D.A.S.T., Fall from Grace (my best I think), or Celestial Irruption. I also helped on a couple of other projects. Ancient history though, they aren't on the Internet currently because of various issues, but in their time they were among the best around with the other fine group of individuals I worked with. I prefer to look toward the future though, and right now WC3 is it, so hopefully sometime soon you'll see my name attatched to something around here. Regards, -Desler |
