Currently I am working on the phases of one of my Aos' (Gasp!). Anyway, I need to know what kind of placement and terrain people would most enjoy. Please post the kind of terrain you feel would accompany an AoS well. Im also taking any help I can get from other terrainers-(Your name in map if you help). I will also offer points to anyone for terrain. Please post a picture of your terrain if you are to apply. Next, I need to know everyones opinion on base setup and game structure. I need to know what kind of map layout people would like. And next if anyone would be so kind as to post any spells that are trigger based and look pretty neat I will give some points to (By rating the attachment) and also if anyone could post a map showing how to make a in-game choice menu, it would be welcomed. You see, the reveloutionary idea behind my map is that you can all choose to pick from seperate Side areas (Good, Evil, etc) or you can choose from every hero availabe! So you could be defending the light and still be that giant demon! It would open up quite a bit for Combos and the like. Soon I will post the spell layout and storyline of my map-I have to go for now but let those replies roll in. Whew, thats quite a bit of typing, im off for a bit. |

Depends completely on the map itself, but I tend to prefer maps using Village, Lordaeron Summer, Cityscape, Dalaran, Dalaran Ruins or Sunken Ruins: The brighter tilesets seem much easier to terrain and make it look good, while the darker ones (Fall, Ashenvale, Felwood, Outland, etc...) tend to require more work. |
