Editing Ablilitys

I want to know how i can edit abilitys(like in dota) if you know how can you plz tell me thx.

There are two ways of editing abilities.
1) If you have TFT, you to the Object Editor in the WE. You can edit Abilities (and create new ones) in the Abilities tab.
2) If you don't have TFT or you want advanced capabilities, you have to extract the Unit\AbilityData.slk file with WinMPQ from War3Patch.mpq. This SLK file can be edited with Microsoft Excel.
