Excessive Smilie Abuse, image abuse, and well abuse

If your message has what I deem an excessive amount of smilies it'll be deleted.

I don't care how pertinant it is, seeing a billion retards with guns firing at each other does not add a damn thing to the thread.

Image abuse is simple, if you upload an image that has no purpose (obviously a screenshot is perfectly fine) your post is deleted.

Typing in size 4000 font will get your post deleted.

THERE WILL BE NO WARNING.
If your post keep getting deleted its a good idea to stop posting crap, repeat offenders will be banned.

Shouldn't anything be told about post with caps on all the time like this "CAPS LOCK"? It's not forbidden but IMO it's extremely anoying.
