List of Known Causes of Server Splits....

Can we please get a list of knows issues that makes a game split? Either that or lets make a new one.

Now we have a good list of things that can cause a crash or an error in creating a map, but I can't find a definite list or anything that really covers the problem of the desync.

If you have any information or a link to a good list of possible causes, please share it with us so we make get this game killer taken care of.
