Trip92	hold on... slow down, download either a Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro demo go to www.jasc.com for the PSP demo and use google to search for Paint shop pro tutorials :)

Azure	check in the download section -> tools... I use: Photoshop Wc3 File Converter Wc3 Viewer WinMPQ thats everything u need for skinning... check tutorial section, i know there is a good skinning tutorial there, check it out ;)
