Why won't this **** work for me. I'm gonna show in steps how I'm trying to skin, but it keeps ****ing up....help me or tell me I'm a loser.

Step one. I open Image Extractor. And choose my skin.

Step 2. I save it into a .TGA file

Step 3. Open with Paintshop Pro 8

Step 4. I edit it with paintshop pro 8

Step 5: Save it, as TGA.

Step 6: Open with Image Extractor II to change to .BLP file

EDIT: I'll give points! What do I got to do to get help around here...

Still doesn't work. I think it has something to do with paintshop pro. But at least this thing isn't blury anymore:D

HOW MANY TIMES MUST I SAY THIS TO PPLZ!!!!

psp8 cannot save alphas in tgas' files the miss out on the 8 bit that is required for the alpha (they only save it as 24bit)

you will need to get a earlier version of psp or get photoshop 7.0 with the ps 7.01 tga plugin.

yes i no it sux but thats just psp for ya :(

once u have it in .blp for dont use th image extractor do this

go into W.E. press F12 for import editor place you skin in it and double click it when the box pops up edit the pathway to where your skin is save map and reopen W.E. to see it

no you dont, ive got psp 8 and i had the exact same problem untill i met war3 viewer, wich is 100x better and easier. Stuff psp 7 ive never encountered any problems relating to psp 8.

Chill man. Ok when you go to save as a .tga in PSP, once the save window is open, go to options. there should be 2 compression options. change it from whichever compression type it is to the other
