Need Team For an all new Open rpg For Warcraft

I Need a team People that wanna make a new map that will make ppl wanna play an open rpg map,

THESE ARE THE FOLLOWING PPL I NEED
1 at least 2 Skinners that can make anything i tell them to Perfectly
Ex Making Cloud From ff7 with buster sword and the works
2 I need At least 2 trigger artist that can make anything i tell them to do it Ex Making arthas slap jaina with his hands.
3 i need a perfect terrain artist that can make ppl cry
4 i need a sub project adviser to help if i cant respond right away
5 i need a unit balancer
6 i need a unit ability and item creator(s)
7 i need some one or everyone in the project to give me ideas.

wtf? youre asking for all these people. whats the name of your project, whats the story, whats the gameplay like. You cant just list off a bunch of crap then expect people to flock towards you. second, shouldnt you have your OWN ideas for this?

by the way i need 15 programmers and 7 terrainers for this thing im doing plz give me ideas on it :////

thanks for the criticism to get me in gear but this is as follows.

1 the game play will be very advanced as in models characters cameras and progressive storyline

u make it seam like its an rpg with a distinct story line but its an OPEN RPG and the gamplay u wonder it will be in close first person view as if u were right in back of them following there movements,
a kingdom to rival or join with wars will start depending on what u do,
cities undiscovered places to go to,
traveling will deprive from a range of things airship,boat,horse,teleprotations and everything else but most important foot,
more than an inventory of six items most items u get will not show in inventory but based on a dialog system,
and the units most will be modeled to picture and advanced world (final fantasy 7)<........to be more specific,the triggers and selecting of most things like missions will be based on triggered dialog buttons
and finally hero models will be ranged on any kind of character the team chooses an it will be with cloud from final fantasy 7




AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST I THINK U WILL LIKE IS THE CHARACTER PLAY.

u will press key board buttons to make them do things as in attack a certain way like A will be backslash
B will be jump
c will be special

and as u advance ure character u will get new styles of attacks if this it to much tell me

Hi im a trigger guy im good at triggers (if i had to say that) i HAVENT used leaderboards in my maps and i do not make variables but i can learn but i saw you wanted a trigerer that could get Arthas to SLAP jaina

here is a thing HE CANT unless there is a model for that

let me tell you about triggers they CANT get people to slap anyone (Well we can make people make a ATTACK MOVE like in the human campaign where you see riflemen practicing) but i really dont think there is a SLAP command us the trigger guys can only make things happens when you do something.

we work whit theese 3 things

EVENTS : if that happens then it runs the action
CONDITIONS : this is a RULE for the event to happen
ACTION : what happens when the 2 first things is done
