Sorry to all the projects here who have been doing a good job, but I'm tired of playing this game with those who cannot get stuff done. You must send in a report of: - What your goals are - What you have done - List of members, their jobs, and their relative performance (good/bad) - APPROXIMATELY WHEN you plan to finish - If you cannot finish before the end of Summer 2004, you should seriously consider cutting down your task. Submit this report to me, ELECTROMANCER through a private message. I will NOT accept your report through any other medium. Failure to do this will result in your hosting terminated. Project leaders have until Monday, December 15th, 2003 to have them in, and if you don't, you will be removed without warning. We want GOOD projects that will get DONE! No one is exempt from this, so don't think you can just say "well we are new" or something, because that won't cut it. Just do this and you will stay as long as you send in a decent report. We are doing this to weed out projects that just aren't getting anything done. We are 100% serious about this order. If you don't comply, we will remove your project, no exceptions. Thanks for your cooperation. This rule applies to ALL projects except those that are completed. I already received one project report. I will use it as a sample since it actually doesn't have any confidential information in it. Quote:
You don't have to do it this exact way, but this has everything needed. |

At the very least, I'll have to scroll down less to get to forums I actually want to see. =) The problem is with any project like this is, its easy to start it, but takes a solid committment to finish it. |

I can't wait for all the trash to be taken out so I can have DC hosted and set a good example. Time to say goodbye to all the shmucks with big dreams and nothing to back them up with. :infth: 8)) :ggani: :D :foot: |

Perhaps this is off-topic, but I think it is important, and interesting for all who know the projects of Desler in the past! Desler> Will the Mistria project finished or is it dead and gone or will you start further projects? emote_confused I enjoyed the Demo of Mistria a lot! :D |
