Problem converting from .tga to blp

I am using PSP8 and Image Extractor II. Whenever i try to save the skin as a .blp in IE2 it always says unsupported compression, i tried all the tips you guys said.. like saving the original tga again and pasting over it and that sort, but to no avail. Also i just did another quick skin and got nowhere near any of the alpha zones so its not like i'm going over them.

aite when u go to save in PSP, there should be an Options button on the save window. click it, and there should be Compressed and Uncompressed. change it from whichever it is to the other one.

I tried doing that, with just a veerryy basic sheep edit so i could show you an example.

i stayed well within the lines for this. i tried both compressed and uncompressed but i still get this.

wierd.... i mean i had this problem, then i did it and it worked... but sorry i couldnt help
