Im redesinging the battle board and here's what I did so far. Note that this is still in progress. Theres 2 modes: - You only see the character stats. Use when nobody is ready - You see the whole board. Use when a character is ready. Everything is shown about the action. EDIT:Updated version below. What you think? Heres the second mode |

First Mode |

lets stick with first mode. If we had the attack commands out when they arnt ready people will get confused. Stick with the first one because when the attacks and everything pop up players will think "oh ok I can attack now" |

I will make the arrow system more simple to understand. Dont worry there's no attack command when nobody is ready. Its popup when one unit is ready and shrink when he has done an action. I may add a line so we get 5option and I would change the system a bit. --- --- >Attack Magic Skill then if you move down --- Attack >Magic Skill Item Attack Magic >Skill Item --- ... I will also change the color of the line your selecting. What do you think, what should we be able to move? the > or the command name? The second one would look more professionnal. |

Ok lets stick with the second one then. You should really try to make it so the computer waits for your turn. Kinda like in FFX but I guess its to late to change the whole system |

Uptaded version. I changed the color so we can see better. You can see the new way of using arrow. The > and the color will always stay at that line but the text will move. Note: the first 2 line of the arrow part doesnt have any text because theres no option before attack. When you press the down arrow, the list will go up one line. Anyway, see by yourself:) Normal mode: |

Enhanced Mode: I never played FFX(dont own a ps2). Can you explain? I hope you dont want me to remove the ATB system and make the game turn by turn. |

well in ffx it didnt have a atb bar. It had a box at the top to tell who was going to have a turn next. Dont worry. |

I'll stick with the ATB bar shown if you dont mind. |

Where's the Auto button? JUST KIDDING! (An auto thing would take way to long) It looks awsome, but i was kinda expecting to see the multiboard colored in blue... i don't even know if thats possible though. |

Auto? I didnt play FFX so I dont know what it is. Would like to know what it does. On a side note, I did a recap multiboard for the victory screen. Work well so far. |
