At the expense of sounding like an idiot....and since I can't seem to find this tidbit elsewhere....After I use import manager to import a custom model and skin how do I get it in game? When I modify the Art- Model file property in the unit editor I get the checkered box and a could not load mdl error. If this was answered elsewhere can some one point me to it. Thanks in advance.

If you play the game you will notice that it will show there.

Save the map that you imported it to, close the WE and open WE and the map again and then it should show up.

Thanks, guys but still no cake Here are the steps I took to get the model in game, I tried it with the tiger from the models page in case there was something wrong with my file... I did try to save and exit/ reload. In the game I only see a shadow. Anyone know what is going on?

Look... How to get it to show.

Here i have imported it to a map. I get a green box. Everyone does first.

Now, save the map
http://server4.uploadit.org/files2/1...tomMOdels2.jpg

Now CLOSE the WORLD EDITOR COMPLETELY. And then OPEN it again!

Now, the map should be on top of the list of latest used maps so go ahead and reopen it.

And now it should show!

And if it doesen't show now then something is probably wrong with the model itself or the skin path.

Did all that with a few models... no luck. In the game I just see a shadow. Is my editor or TFT messed up? Thanks for trying... anyone else venture a guess?
