Hi my friends i'm new at this site...
Actually i want to do an Campaign mixed with a Rpg just like the Orc campaign in TFT...
If someone needs me to do terrain for maps i'm here Capn_Sniffles already seen my map and he makes good critics...
I need someone very well experienced with triggers to help me with the Rpg I'm just creating... My skills in triggers are very primitive and I'm portuguese so I will need someone who speaks English and know how to use a good Epic talk... If someone is interested just e-mail me at [email protected]... The map is already done i will onlyu need someone good at triggers...
My project name is Ashenvale's in Danger...

The hero is called Diana Windwood (Night Elf Archer model) with her companion Fang (DireWolf model)

The story....
A wanderer called "Adonias" wants the "horn of the liberty" that the night elves holds in a sacred place... the priestess of the moon called Arona is the guardian of the horn and if Adonias stole the horn he will use it to summon the great Leviathan that sleeps in the depts of the Kalimdor sea and will Revive all the Legion's minions that died fighting the alliance... Adonias will be sucessful in his plan... and Ashenvale will be in Danger again... The priestess Arona will give you a chance if you want the peace of Ashenvale again you will have to collect the nine elemental orbs that are hidden in the mistic forest... nine orbs... nine bosses each one guarding a orb...And Diana will have his companions like Aerials- The best sentry of the priestess Arona... and Zuram (optional caracter) a bear that have a tavern in the Night elves Fishing Village but he's tired of his quiet life and will help you if you bring him some ingridients for his new weapon... And more Heroes of the Humans Rebel Camp and Adventurers(like Orcs, Night Elves, Trolls)... But you must use 3 heroes only to play when you need an hero you will go to the acampent anh choose the hero that you want (So the game will not be so easy)... So the game will not only have an scenario I want to do the Rpg just like the Orc Campaign in TFT... If you're interestes E-mail me or reply in this Forum i will very grateful with your help :)

My crits:

First of all, that name isn't good... It's not good at all. The name of the topic also seems a little off but you can't do anything about that now.

I'd rather see names on the same subject in the areas of,
"Saving Ashenvale"
"Ashenvale's Breakout"
"The tale of Ashenvale"
"A capital under siege"

All those are a ton better then the one you're currently working.
You said you needed "Epic English"? If you meant that you type the text,
Well Grom the dude has been attacking city X and ashenvale's sending troops to kill him,
and you want it converted to something like,
After several harassments towards the village of Falandor in the far east, the council of Ashenvale has decided to aid Falandor with troops of the Royal Guard. The troops, consisting of elite cavalry, is being lead by Sir. Hardass (Lack of imagination, sorry). Now heading for Falandor village, in hope of reaching it in time... The battle against the orcs is just about to begin...
Basically what I'm saying is that I can do that. I can also write stories... But currently my triggering skills are tied up to other project so you'll have to find someone else for that. PM me if you want my storywriting and "Epic English" skills.

If "Fang" is going to be a major part, it'll need a completely new skin.
As will Diana.

Oh, and... Why does it have to be orbs? Why can't it be runes, keys... Anything else?

I also suggest that, once you have these nine *things*, when you return you will see that it's all lost, and you are too late. And then you'll find out that there's another way, and it might not be too late at all.

First map should be in Ashenvale, letting you view its glory, talk to people... Basically "walk around town".

What I think he ment, my friend, is that he wants the old English, that hath been spoken in the times of great Shakespear. I belive that thee hath not understood what he ment, for what you wrote was not the "epic english" as I understand it.

New-born, read a couple of Shakespeare's dialogs or check Tolkien's language, you'll soon understand the concept

Sorr I'm portuguese... I don't what word u use for an epic talk... like Blizzard use in Warcraft Campaign That's it....

I can do the triggers for you, although I can't do it full time. I can work Friday's/Saturday's/Sunday's. I can do cinematic's as well...

I can help the guy you hire to do triggers with any questions you have. And I'm always online while I'm awake, or well, almost always. Only exception would be school, dinner and sometimes when I'm out, lol...

Dead Inside I was thinking about the name for my campaign and i like Ashenvale's Breakout that sounds great... :D

Ah... Forget to tell... I have choosen the orbs because it holds a sacred powers if Diana gather the nine orbs she can fuse them and gave her a great power tha can deal with the evil wanderer Adonias... just tell me what you think...

NEWays, VERY GOODjob with that terrain. But why instead of making orbs, don't you make them like crystal shards or something in the gender. And as you collect the shards, they go completing the crystal.

O, and I can also help with Cinematics and Custom Spells.

Well... I know this screenshot is almost equal to another but have you seen the detail of Fang's face :)

Usually, when you have "the hero" with a companion, the companion is by rule 1/3 smaller then the hero. Meaning the Archer should be bigger then the wolf, or it doesn't look right.

Also, I agree with eviltormenter that even crystal shards would be better then orbs. An orb is a round sphere, that's the technical description... And in warcraft they always hold magic power within and can be assumed to always be polished and unscratchable.

What I'd like to see is Ice-Crystal Shards which you, at the end, fuse together, forming a large Ice Crystal, it could be anything that could be built by 9 parts. I still hold strong to my idea that you should see Ashenvale be destroyed, and all be lost... The sacred place where you were to fuse these together is lost in the destruction and you are forced to admit defeat. Just as you are about to give up and fight your last fight, a strange something comes by you and something --- Build on to this kinda thing, lol... I'm to tired to continue. Basically you could either find out that these Ice-Crystal Shards were completely useless anyway and that the strenght was within or you could find another way to fuse them together...
