Hello, I need some help on getting a nice program which I can use to edit comfortably. I am a previous user of StarEdit and my editor of choice is X-Tra Editor, I know there is a X-Tra Editor as an alternate to WorldEdit, but I can't find a working download! The one from www.warcraft3files.com is weird and shows about a hundred warning messages before it runs, and is plain buggy. The one from www.stormcoast-fortress.net just wont install at all. If you have any info, please reply! Thanks!

Use UMSWE or WEU. Search the forum for them (there is a list of important threads btw).

Darn, those two require TFT too, don't they? I don't have it yet unfortunately...:(

WCXE has little in common with SCXE, beyond the name and the launcher. While IMO WCXE is more polished than UMSWE, it really doesn't add enough to be worth using. If you don't have TFT, then you can still use one of the older version of UMSWE.

Can't you guys read?
UMSWE 4.0 supports RoC 1.12.
