i need a tool that will convert a bmp file to a blp file? i have downloaded at least 3 different ones and none of them work. i am trying to edit a skin. is there a nother way i can do this besides using a blp file?? |

hmm, well if there is anyway you can get it into .tga you can use Warcraft III Viewer to cahnge it into .blp |

This can change .bmp formats to .blp's. If it didn't work before this one will work. There is a new version coming very very soon with a lot of new features I think that you will find it here also when it comes out.Warcraft III Viewer |

what u do is convert the .blp to .bmp and get photoshop, edit the file to whatever colors u want and everything, then save it as a bmp, then use the image program thing to convert it to .blp, then go to ur import manager, import ur new .blp, and change its source code to something thats in a tutorial |

That Image program thing that you are talking about is a thing of the past. Get the Warcraft 3 Viewer. It tells you everthing you need to know to learn how to skin in the help file and you can virtually see the results of your skinning in real-time!!! The link is in my last post. The new version has now been released. |
