Alpha Out-ing weapons with PSP7 ??? How?

How do I Alpha-Out weapons in PSP7? I tried using color picker to pick the area that is alpha channelled but Its just black in-game??

Help please.

Color the area 100% black while editing the alpha layer.

If the part you are trying to alpha out has teamcolor on it, gg won't work.

Um.. didn't understand that?? How do I edit alpha layer??

i edited an alpha layer and messed up my whole skin x.x
