How do I take Screenshots?

I'v tried by pressing the Print button but when I got to my Screenshots folder, I find the pictures in TGA format! How can I open this kind of file up to view, or take screenshots in a different format?

Use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro to open them and save a a JPG.

Or when you press printscreen simply go to paint and paste...

Get Irfanview (www.irfanview.com, its free!) it doesn't do stuff like photoshop or paintshop does, but its atleast good at resizing, and converting files.
