In my campaign, the plot includes a massing of monsters. So of course, i must decide which monsters i put in it. No more than 8 races should be in it. The reason i'm posting this, is because i want to know what people want to see in my campaign, if they happen to download it for some weird reason. So heres the list of monsters wich i have included thus far: Ogres Trolls Orcs ------Snotlings (Slave race, not counted) Gnolls Wildkin (Satyrs) Lycanthropes So, ideas and suggestions are welcome. BTW, if i posted this in the wrong forum, sorry. |

Depending on your campaign setting, I have a few suggestions. If it's set in the Warcraft world, you might want to include some of these: Murlocs. There are plenty of them. Centaurs. Also a quite common creature type. Quillboars. Yet another common species, and perhaps a bit more monstrous than the centaurs. Harpies. Flying might be a problem, but they too are quite common. Kobolds. These small diggers might be suitable. While I mainly listed species native to Kalimdor here, your inclusion of Satyrs lead me to believe that would not be a problem. On the other hand, if it's set in a more generic fantasy setting more along the lines of D&D or perhaps LotR, these might be good: Goblins. Not the crazy inventors warcrafters know them as, but rather the smaller cousins of the orcs. Bugbears and Hobgoblins. Monster type closely related to goblins, these can be used together with them. Undead. The living dead are probably more suitable for this kind of campaign setting, since the WC ones are mostly united in the Scourge. Might not suit your definition of monster, though. Lycanthropes. Werewolves, wolfweres, werebears, wererats, etc, etc, etc... Plenty of variation here. Kobolds. These are suitably for many different settings. Well, there's a few suggestions. |

Damn, forgot to list Wildkins... Anyways, you got good ideas! :D It's not set in the Warcraft world, but i think i'll use pretty much the monsters in it. The regional and rivalry matter i'm gonna throw away. Goblins are a nice idea. I could use kobold models and call them snotlings (as they dont look like goblins) and use them as a subspecies for orcs maybe. That way i could use more other monsters. Centaurs and quillboars are under consideration. Murlocks i just don't like. :ggani: Harpies won't be in it, cause i hate them... Undead won't fit the campaign plot, but maybe i'll try to squeeze them in. Lycanthropes is a very good idea. I've heard of those in various games, but never thought of bringin them in wc3... Idea worth of trying. |

I'm not too fond on furbolgs. BUT i might use them, if i get a meaner looking skin on them, or use them as Lycanthropes. BTW, If i get my preview ready, i'll release it soon. Download it if yer interested. If not... *shrug* |
