Ok....Need help!

No, this is not the importing question. About 80% of my skins fail, and I want to know why. I'm going to post a tga, and I want to know: Is there anything weird about the tga? Should I get a better paint program? Perhaps use another format? And if I do get another paint program, what do I do in the meantime while I save up for it?

This is a skin of the blademaster. Yes, I know it sucks. We aren't commenting on the skin, people, although this is the skinning forum. Then again, this will help me with skinning.

Doomsandwich	It only shows teamcolour. No, I did not go over the alpha channels.

Doomsandwich	Del...del....del....delete the alpha channels? The program I have doesn't even have alpha channels! All my time wasted, and the F\|_\|c\|<ing thing was doing that all the time! Does anyone know, can the Grom, Iron Raven, Thrall, One head ogre and villiger kid survive without an alpha? Wow. It sucks. BTW: Can you put in an alpha for another skin? I'll post it later.

AlasdairJC	Sure, it doesn't take long to stick an alpha in. You should download a free paint programme off the internet. There are lots of trial versions. That's what I did when my programme didn't support Alphas.

Doomsandwich	Can you suggest any? Nice sig. Oh, and do you know why my Grom Hellscream skin doesn't go into Wc3viewer? (It looks normal) Plus, can you tell me anything about taking a picture sequence?

AlasdairJC	Well, I downloaded Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 off the internet, and it's a trial version for 60 days. I can just download it again after the version is finished. Also, there is something wrong with viewing hellscream in WC3viewer. You have to view skins made for him in the World Editor.
