As you all know if you have visited Battle.net forum, there is a bug in WE where in this new patch, a new advance constants field is added that allows you to specify the attack speed bonus per point of agility. The problem as we all know is that, all custom maps created BEFORE this patch will have a problem that agility doesnt increase your attack speed. (Like the Orc Campaign) This is due to the fact that the value is not updated for that field. I opened a standard map and found the value to be 0.02, so to solve the problem would be to change the fieldHero -Attack speed bonus per agility point to 0.02. |

Well that explains why my heroes in the campaign all suddenly attacked slow as snails... And I was also curious why the default value for that field was set to 0.00, I thought maybe there was something wrong with that. |

Great work. I should have looked over Game Constants myself... Keep it up! Regards Dead-Inside |

I tried that right after I noticed my heroes attacking like snails back when the patch came out, and I couldnt find a field that said that. I could've sworn it was there BEFORE the patch.. |

What do you mean? I attached a screenshot to show you that it is indeed in the WE. |

Anyway, since 1.13b and I uninstalled USMWE, Rexxar has fast attack, while the shadow hunter still has slow...despite about 50 agility! |

Hey, could you tell me what the movement rate increase per agility point is supposed to be as well? Thx. :D |

Quote:
1. Agiliity Based heroes usually have a larger damage range (or dice or whatever it is called) E.G.: Look at Demon Hunter and do you see his damage range is 10 apart? 2. Speed is Agility's trademark. You get faster attack, faster movement 3. Agility increases your armour.:WD: |

No, lol. I meant the value, in the gameplay constants? But it's ok, cuz I already checked in the same way you did and found out that it's supposed to be 0. I just thought that it was strange that even though that value is set at 0, you still get a movement increase. Thx, anyway. :D |

You don't get a movement increase from agility, that was a facet of the game they took out. What IS true, however, is that Agility hero's tend to have a faster basic speed. |

i just realised this when i played another rigged version of Hero team fortress CTF and my hero was attacking super slow. *fix is, and always will be is ring of movement cheeze! :)* |
