i need help with a Blp

all right...i need help, cuz i made a blp...but for some reason it just doesn't work...i know what im doing...i have looked at all the tutorials, and i have tried everything...so, what i'm gonna do is post my blp and see if anyone will be kind enough to show me it in game with some close ups, so i can see what to fix....plz,

Ok, the blp works fine. The path must be units\orc\grunt\grunt.blp
