Eternal Dream Productions Present in association with "World Scapes" A Warcraft Cinematic, --------------------------------- Project Name: "A Moonlight Sonata" Project Objective: To bring a new meaning of Romance to Warcraft lll. Based on a love story shared between two companions that meet in a battle for love, an epic curse shared by both of them, and an ending of death to bring sadness to anyone. Using the Warcraft Editor to create a 3-4 maps, being the first ever, Total Romance Cinematic. The sun was hidden by the high forests covering Keramor, the magical energy's that were kept locked within the forest gave a bright white light, bright enough for the elves of Keramor which gave them the power to see farther then any human or creature. The winds began to blow from the west, a young girl stood upon a cliff overlooking her village from afar. There was something about the girl that made others look upon her when she passed them, the reason for this was of her gift of beauty, given to her by a man when she was still young, but in return, she holds the key to eternal darkness in her heart. The forest energy's light shone in her hair as see stood there watching the the wind blow in the sky. The young girls name was Meya, she was the daughter of Koren, chieftain of her village. As she walked through the endless paths and the tall trees and rivers of Keramor she spotted a spark of red light in the woods that cough her attention, which lead her to follow after it and walk upon the darkened woods of Kelapas. Hidden from site, the dark woods of Kelapas were hidden from anyones eyes, even the elves. She stopped to look upon her surrounding whens he spotted the shadow of a man walking toward her from afar. He grew closer to her as he chanted elvish words, he stopped in front of her, his eyes were stained with blood as he looked at her. They watched each other for a few moments, the man, gazing upon her beauty, Took out his hands, placed them upon her and spoke. "You're soul is beginning to show its true powers as I have predicted, I have watched you these many months from the forest shadows", the young girl looked at him carefully, listening to his ever words, he spoke again "I must stop you before you draw upon your hearts strength and envelop the world in eternal darkness, as it happened years before your time",tears began to fall down her face as she heard him speak about her heart. We must leave this place at once. The ground started to shake the trees began to wash away with light and the forest disappeared from there site, they teleported into a chamber of light dimmed with shadows. The young girl suddenly looked around her setting, the chamber was filled with the brightest of light. The man who stood in front of her was now sitting on a throne, his face was visible now, he was very old but in a sense, looked very young. He spoke "I am the one who gave you beauty young Meya, when you were very young I came out from the woods and granted you beauty, but in the matter handed over the power of creating darkness around the world, now I know that was a mistake since i knew...love is the key. Upon leaving this place you will forget ever thing you have seen or heard, I place a moonlight curse upon you to stop you from loving anyone, you're heart will be placed in anger and when your soul gets to close to someone that feels for you, you will turn into darkness itself". The chamber began to swirl, the floor collapsed beneath them, the young girl blanked out from the light chamber, blackness surrounded her and she fainted. White light was abroad, the young girl awoke on the cold ground of the mountain cliff, she stood up, brushing off the the dirt off of her and though to her self what happened to her, hoe did she come to be back on the cliff but could neither remember anything. She walked down the moutian side, back down to her village in Keramor.....But somewhere in the forest shadows a man stands and speaks softly..."Love will be your death"... --------------------------------- --------------------------------- Movie Chapters: Teaser Trailer: Release Date - 02, 14, 04 This Teaser Trailer will be approx a 3:00 cinematic for the preview of the storyline, terrain, characters personalities, and whats to come in the chapters of "A Moonlight Sonata". This looks like a fabulously detailed and well-thought-out project. I'm always interested in seeing new things done with cinematics. Good luck with your project, Demon_Dream, and I look forward to seeing future developments. |

Wow, what beautiful screenshots! Whoever is doing that terrain is brilliant ;) (next time, don't post up all the rejects) as far as the river/stream goes. I put rocks on (i think) 0.2 - 0.4 scale to line the bottom. I also used made rapids by using waterfalls on 0.2 scale. Those are just a few of the tricks i used :D Anywho, this is a grand project on your hands. You should enlist only the best. |

demon do you plan on doing any terraining? And if so will you show us this work of yours? Or is petray doing all the hard work? *raises eyebrow* P.S I think i have some odd face thing going. I got a few basics down. If you guys could find someone to animate and skin. and export i could do the bulk of the modelling work. P.P.S. Get on MSN/AIM i need some ideas for models to practice making. |
