alpha channles

ok my alpha channel is as it should be it is not all black not all white but when i import my skin it just shows the team colors, i did have this working before with a very simalar alpha channel then edited it slightly the undi that but it didnt seem to have any affect i cant seem to figure out y the whole skin is missing. could someone try and help it would be much apreciated

I cant really understand you but are you saving all you see is the team color parts and the rest is invisible? If so go to the mpq and get a new tga. Cnp the skin onto and redo the alpha channels from scratch. They get corrupted somehow. Hope i helped
