Blizzard Banning Backstabbers?!

I am a member of clan STAB, a backstabbing clan on USeast that has been closed down around 4 times. Anyways, they now have banned all of us... I will not stand for it!! Where in the rules does it say we cannot backstab?!

Hmm, yes, what about it being completely socially un-acceptable, game-ruining, and the sport of dickheads.
