Poison Arrows May Work Again!

You don't have to import that, just place it in a units folder in your warcraft iii directory. It'll show up in the creep heros section of the abilities, and has a searing arrows icon.

What does this do? Autocast damage over time missiles?

Just like the name implies. An arrow with a poison strike. Extra damage, slow poison, Attack/Move speed reduction, mana cost.

Oh yeh, dont forget to change the icon to BTNPosionArrow.blp

Couldn't you just add the "Slow Poison" buff to either cold or searing arrows?

Nah. From what I understand, buffs are little more than graphics applied to units under the effect of an ability.

I'm going to sound like a newbie, but where is the units directory? :bangH:

that means just make a folder called "units" and put it into your war3 folder and use that.

is this the "Black Arrow" ability from wc3 alpha? or some other ability?

Basically just a non Passive Slow Poision attack. Its an arrow attack life Searing Arrows
