changing hero's attack speed?

how do you change hero's attack speed from slow to fast?

you make cooldown time lower. Cool down is in the combat section in the object editor
The heros attack speed is also linked to the agility. for each point of agility the cooldown get smaller, you can make it lower the cooldown more for each point by going to gameplay constants: Hero Attributes- attack speed bonus per agility point.
In the new patch blizzard accidentaly lowered it a lot and thats why in a lot of maps the heros attack really slow now
